How to appear in Google AI Mode in Brazil

Eligibility comes from Search

Google says supporting pages in AI Mode and AI Overviews must be indexed and eligible to appear in Search with a snippet. There is no additional technical requirement specific to these features.

Googlebot is not Google-Extended

Googlebot controls crawling for Search, including its AI features. Google-Extended controls some uses in Gemini and Vertex AI outside Search. A Google-Extended rule does not replace the Googlebot policy for AI Mode.

Strengthen the public page

Allow crawling, use internal links, publish useful text, and keep structured data consistent with visible content. None of these actions guarantees display in a generated answer.

Measure without inventing a source

Search Console includes AI Mode and AI Overviews in overall Web performance. Analyze queries and pages with a Brazil country filter. In Analytics, monitor Google traffic and conversions, but do not label google.com as AI traffic without another signal.
